Background
Rohl 'Dulum is a Hesduros Zealot serving under the command of Jul 'Mdama. His combat skills are among the best of the Sangheili. Easily spotted on the battlefield dual wielding energy swords, Rohl is a very dangerous foe. Although not confirmed, it is rumored that Rohl was responsible for multiple SPARTAN-II and SPARTAN-III casualties during the Battle of Reach. Marines and ODST units are ordered to avoid direct engagements.
Rohl is currently in a leadership capacity, having been given command of a battalion of Storm Sangheili along with Ibie'shan kig-yar and Storm unggoy. He is currently tasked with protecting rebel leader Soro Vadam and his keep from the UNSC attack. In the OPERATION: TAKEDOWN web comic series (found in the ShowTom Studios link above), Rohl had invaded the UNSC Olympus and successfully assassinated the SPARTAN-IV Commander Marsh.
Personality & Traits
Rohl is a very intelligent Sangheili and a mastermind of both physical and psychological warfare. His physical prowess is unmatched and his presence often boosts morale amongst Sangheili on the battlefield. Typical of a Zealot in the post Human-Covenant war, he is a religious leader whose faith holds strong.
